Our Mission

At Wilson House, we believe recovery is about more than abstaining from substances—it's about building a life rooted in purpose, connection, and personal responsibility. Our mission is to provide women with a safe, structured, and supportive home where they can strengthen their recovery, develop life skills, and confidently transition toward independent living.

We believe that structure creates freedom. Our home provides a substance-free, accountable environment where women can establish healthy routines, practice responsibility, and continue applying the principles of recovery in everyday life. The expectations at Wilson House are intentional—they exist to promote safety, stability, and long-term success.

Recovery requires willingness, honesty, and action. Every resident commits to living by the principles of honesty, integrity, service, and accountability. These values create a culture where women encourage one another, celebrate victories together, and support each other through life's challenges.

Our hope is that every woman who walks through our doors leaves with more than sobriety. We want her to leave with confidence, healthy relationships, practical life skills, a stronger sense of self, and the foundation to build a meaningful life in recovery.

Wilson House is more than a sober living home—it's a community where women heal together, grow together, and prepare for the next chapter of their lives with courage, purpose, and hope.

  • "My experience living at the Wilson House has been such an important part of my recovery. From the beginning, Brittany has been incredibly gracious, supportive, and genuinely invested in the women who live here. She has always been there when I’ve needed her, whether I needed guidance, encouragement, or just someone to help me navigate the many changes that come with getting sober and rebuilding your life. I’m so grateful for the ways she has supported and guided me through this season of my life. The house itself is beautiful, peaceful, and private, and the property being tucked away in the Hill Country makes it feel like a place where you can step away from everything and focus on yourself. There’s something really special about having a safe and comfortable place to come home to while doing the hard work of recovery. More than anything, I’m grateful for the sense of safety, community, and support this house has given me. I’ve experienced a lot of growth and change while living here, and I know this environment has played a meaningful role in that. I’ll always be grateful to Brittany and to this house for being such a positive part of my recovery" -MB

  • "As a therapist and an owner of an addiction & trauma treatment center, I have worked with and encountered many aftercare and sober living environments. Wilson House is the ideal next step for women seeking true and lasting recovery after treatment. It provides the structure and accountability needed in early recovery. It also stands on values of love, grace, tolerance, and true understanding for women who have suffered from the disease of addiction. Most importantly, the owner lives out the principles of recovery every single day. Her personal experience allows her to really understand and care for these women. She has a unique gift of connecting with them through truth and consistency. She is also highly knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to mental health and trauma, which is so critical. She does amazing work with the families, as we know this disease affects the entire system. I would absolutely send my own family member to Wilson House." -JS

  • "Wilson House has truly been the best sober living experience I’ve had, and I’ve been in a few. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and in a wonderful area. The women here are all incredible, and there is such a genuine sense of community and support. The owner truly cares about each person and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel supported. I especially appreciate how involved she keeps our families and how much she encourages connection. We have movie nights, cook meals together, hold each other accountable, and genuinely enjoy being around one another. I’m incredibly grateful to be at Wilson House and for the people who have become such an important part of my recovery!" -SC

  • "As someone who is personally in recovery and also works as a therapist at a treatment center, I’m very intentional about where I refer women. Wilson House is a place I trust, and a huge part of that is Brittany. One thing that truly sets Wilson House apart is the support they provide not only to the women, but to their families. Brittany understands that recovery impacts the entire family system and makes sure families feel supported, informed, and cared for throughout the process. I’ve referred women to Wilson House and feel confident knowing they’re receiving structure, accountability, community, and genuine compassion. I’m grateful to have Wilson House as a trusted resource for the women and families I work with." - EJ

  • "Moving to Wilson House was a great choice for my recovery. Brittany has been wonderful to work with and accommodating to each woman seeking help. The accountability and structure here have opened up avenues for me to grow mentally, spiritually and build relationships with the women around me. I love this home in the Hill Country, having a safe place to lay my head at night and all the support that comes with it. Wilson House has helped me grow and build connections with others that I didn’t think was possible!" -CP
